What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Greeter / Administrative Assistant position at Annie's RVs?
Fast Paced RV dealership looking for a supportive team member. Must be able to work comfortably with customers of all background. Must be able to multi-task, keep calm in stressful situations, adapt to a changing/spontaneous work environment.
Any management experience would be useful.
Will be working directly with management and would love to delegate some responsibilities to the right candidate.
Job duties include:
- Answering phones & taking messages
- Greeting customers and assisting them in a friendly and upbeat manner
- Ordering Parts/tracking orders for technicians
- Invoice customer parts orders/deposits
- Working with various vendors
- Accounts Payable
- Running various errands
- Provide administrative support to the staff and management team
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, and tracking repair status for inventory
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Lift up to 50lbs
Experience:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Background check will be required. Experience with customer service or sales support is a must. Any RV experience is a plus. Any management experience is a big plus!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
