Description
AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Non-QM Scenario Desk Analyst to assist the Resource Center Senior Specialist in delegation, management and performance monitoring of the daily operation of the scenario desk team. Candidates should have experience directly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Retail Underwriting, the job responsibilities of the Non-QM Scenario Desk Analyst position include, but are not limited, to the following :
- Complete daily production goals to insure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Complete simple and complex income calculations.
- Review and respond to scenario requests related to underwriting guidelines and eligibility requirements.
- Review and respond to scenario requests specifically related to Product / Program requirements.
- Research and provide Jumbo guidelines to determine which program may be applicable based upon a specific scenario.
- Assist Sales with LP and DU errors and call applicable agency if required.
- Review property related scenarios to identify applicable property guidelines.
- Answer telephone scenario inquiries.
- Answer “walk up” scenario inquiries.
- Assist underwriting Team Leads and Management with research and interpretation of guidelines.
- Contact Agencies as directed by Scenario Desk Team Lead.
- Contact Investors / Secondary Market as directed by Scenario Desk Team Lead.
- Complete all required compliance and company required training. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to AnnieMac’s internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with changing regulations and policies.
- Complete required special projects assigned in a timely fashion.
