What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Driver/ Warehouse position at Anning-Johnson Company?
We are looking for a driver with experience in driving flatbed trucks (20'). Must have valid driver license (c), eighteen years or older and clean driving record.
Responsibilities and duties:
Load and unload truck and secure loads with straps.
Deliver material to job sites, sometimes have to physically unload material.
Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
Pick orders and get them ready for job sites.
Organize and inspect tools (equipment).
Follow safety policies and wear All PPE during delivery and working in Warehouse.
Housekeeping.
Visually inspect truck daily and maintain truck clean and organized.
Responsible and Trustworthy.
Good work ethic.
Overtime varies.
Start time can be as early as 4:30 am. Usual start time 6am to 2:30pm Monday Thru Friday. Saturday often. Occasional evening deliveries.
Communicate delays to supervisor and onsite foreman.
