Position Summary and Scope of Responsibility
Manual work involving semi-skilled tasks in the installation, repair, and maintenance of municipal water distribution and sewer collection systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Locate water and sewer lines; replace and repair water/sewer lines, valves, and manhole covers
Repair leaks, rebuild fire hydrants; serve as helper or assistant to skilled personnel
Flag and direct traffic and establish traffic control measure to include installation of appropriate signaling devices
Drive trucks; operate mechanized equipment; used hand tools, jackhammer, pipe wrenches; sandblast and paint as required to complete work assignments
Necessary Requirements
Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
Must have an insurable driving record.
Must be able to obtain a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.75 - $23.97 per hour
