Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Director, BCBA located in Metro Detroit, MI. The role will involve conducting behavior analysis, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, providing parent education, managing behavior, and utilizing psychology knowledge.
As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing general building needs, client progress, coordination of outside visitations/assessments, and supervising Program Managers and Junior Program Managers.
The Clinical Director will oversee a caseload of learners, as well as plays an important role in ensuring effective service delivery, a positive working environment, and ongoing training of those they oversee.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Background in Psychology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
Requirements

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
