A well-established and respected homebuilder is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. Position Overview :

The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital and traditional advertising, branding, community outreach, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in homebuilding or real estate marketing, be data-driven, and possess a creative mindset to enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for new home communities.
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales teams, and external agencies to develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee traditional marketing efforts, including print ads, billboards, direct mail, and signage.
  • Plan and execute grand openings, community events, and promotional activities to engage potential buyers and real estate agents.

Branding & Content Development

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop compelling content, including website updates, blog posts, video content, and social media campaigns.
  • Work closely with designers to create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and community signage.
  • Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct competitive market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Website & Digital Presence

  • Manage the company website, ensuring it remains updated with accurate community and inventory information.
  • Implement strategies to enhance online visibility and lead conversion.
  • Oversee online listing platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) and ensure accuracy of property details.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the homebuilding, real estate, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Lasso).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with graphic designers and external agencies.
  • Knowledge of the DFW real estate market(preferred).
