Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Support children's learning and development through engaging educational experiences.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
- Help manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among students.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting.
