The Role
- Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with patients of all ages
- Prepare treatment rooms, including setup, decontamination, sterilizing, and sharpening instruments, as well as restocking supplies
- Educate patients and their parents on the importance of preventative care, disease process, and role of bacteria, as well as oral health and preventative care
- Assist Dentists with determining treatments for teeth or gum diseases and handling dental emergencies
