Production Associate

Job Title: Production Associate – Anodyne FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Overview:

Our ideal Production Associate will have coffee industry experience whether it be barista, roasting, or other coffee manufacturing experience. This position would learn and perform all aspects of coffee production, from blending coffee, packing, and assembling/shipping orders, this position will do it all. In the long term, the right individual could have the potential to move into a roasting position if the candidate completes all required qualifications and machine operating skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Accurately pack products according to company standards and customer requirements.

· Ensure that all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

· Label packages correctly, including barcodes, shipping labels, and any necessary documentation.

· Work closely with other team members to meet daily packing and shipping targets.

· Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

· Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as loading and unloading shipments.

· Assist in managing inventory by keeping accurate records of packed products.

· Help with stock organization and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

· Notify the supervisor of low inventory levels or other supply needs.

· Accountable for upholding the company policies and procedures as approved by the leadership team.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills:

· Demonstrate ability to be analytical and technical, reflective, and deliberative.

· Possess a good balance between subjective and objective analysis to distill down appropriately to respond to issues or problems.

· Should possess the ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers under the values established by the Fairwave.

· Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, working in a space that lacks climate control or lifting objects with an established maximum weight.

· Ability to follow directions accurately.

Job Type: Part-time
