Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the calendar
- Verify insurance benefits and handle patient payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth office flow
- Assist with light administrative tasks to support the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a medical, chiropractic, or wellness office (preferred but not required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with EMR systems is a plus
- A positive, team-player attitude
