What You'll Be Doing :
- Assembling, inspecting, and packaging medical devices with precision, following clear instructions
- Bringing lean manufacturing practices to life
- Using microscopes and other tools for fine, close-up work
- Operating machinery to shape instruments-buffing, grinding, and drilling
- Measuring and ensuring accuracy with tools like micrometers and calipers
