Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of products and labeling to ensure compliance with all design, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements.
- Employ precise inspection techniques, including the use of microscopes, optical/mechanical measurement tools, and visual assessments, to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Perform accurate counts and document inspection results with attention to detail and clear record-keeping.
- Meet established inspection cycle times while ensuring exceptional product quality and integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, adhering to best practices for quality and safety.
- Gown appropriately and maintain compliance with environmental and cleanliness standards in controlled areas.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of QC experience, preferably in a regulated industry such as medical devices.
- Familiarity with FDA, cGMP, and ISO Quality Management Systems.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and Inspection KPIs is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic math and computer skills for recording and analyzing inspection data.
