What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Inspector position at Anodyne Surgical?
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our medical devices and control of the required quality documentation. You will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, managing documentation and assisting in investigations for nonconformances and ensuring implementation of quality control measures.
Duties
- Supervisor over quality inspectors
- Inspect products to ensure products meet specification per DHR's.
- Creating and maintaining a culture transpiring both an inspection and business acumen. Including selection of inspection criteria and sample plans, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Creating Inspection KPI
- Oversight of quality inspections for incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and finished medical devices.
- Assisting in developing and implementing QMS procedures and processes for compliance with regulations.
- Assist with root cause analysis on nonconforming material.

Qualifications
- Organizational and computer skills
- Degree a plus but not required
- ASQ Certification
- 3-5 Years Minimal Quality Experience
- Knowledge of medical regulations
