**Qualifications:** -
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, gerontology, or a related field desired but not required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred. Certification in dementia care or memory care is highly desirable.
- Certification in dementia care or memory care is highly desirable.
Working Conditions:
- The role primarily operates in a memory care community environment.
- May require occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work based on resident needs.
- May require on-call for resident care and needs.
- Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting, and assisting residents with mobility
