An automotive, heavy equipment and industrial automation company in Machesney Park, IL is looking for a CNC Machinist (CNC Mills) for a 1st shift opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- MUST have experience with Mazak Mills, and Mazatrol.
- Set-up machines, modify the program as necessary, install tool registers, and offsets.
- Install fixtures, make machine control settings, and run first piece sample parts
- Check parts for dimensions and proper finish against prints
- Inspect cutting tools for sharpness and continued use
- Monitor the machine, detect malfunctions and make adjustments as needed to control the process
