EMD Electronics has opening for a Senior Facilities Technician for its team in San Jose, CA.You will be responsible for supporting the technical demands of the semiconductor facility. This will include basic building maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC - boilers, chillers, cooling towers, CDA compressors, house vacuum pumps, air scrubbers, acid waste neutralization system, gas distribution systems. You will be dealing directly with vendors overseeing installations and repairs.You will also be responsible for maintaining the facility through ALC (Building Management System Control)
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1 years of experience in a HVAC, equipment maintenance, or facilities technician role
You should be proficient in:
- Facilities Maintenance Experience
