What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Maintenance Manager position at Anonymous Employer?
Drive and support daily plant operations through the effective management of maintenance resources.
Lead, manage and drive a team of 20-30 direct / indirect personnel on daily and weekly maintenance plans and annual goals, objectives, and projects.
Coordinate maintenance schedules with production schedules; and establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules, and ensure all planned work is completed on schedule in the most efficient manner.
Build, monitor, and manage operational and capital budgets in support of the plant manager.
Effectively monitor and analyze maintenance KPI"s across the maintenance function.
Communicates to management significant events and critical issues, as appropriate.
Prepare various levels of reporting and summarize significant events, corrective actions, and results.
Actively enforce all safety policies and procedures with direct and non-direct reports and contractors.
Maintain compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
