Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour $.75 shift premium
Available Shift
3rd Shift 11 : 00pm - 7 : 30am Monday – Friday with possibility of overtime (starting at 9 : 00pm) and Saturdays.
- The ideal candidate(s) chosen for this role will have experience with : Soldering experience is a huge plus, mechanically and electronically inclined, and previous machine operator experience a plus

- Responsibilities of the Production Operator :
- Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals
- Adhere to corporate, federal, and state employment policies
- Adhere to all company policies and rules
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Perform Preventive Maintenance / Maintenance activities to support TPM
- Lead efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining the TMP system
- Support MRO Planner with daily activities
- Adhere to and support compliance to ergonomic guidelines
- Participate when required in PFMEA and work instruction reviews
- Identify and support continuous improvement projects (e.g. cost reduction, efficiency improvement, etc.)
- Assist with specification development for machinery and equipment
- Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and policies
- Support weekend and off-shift work as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Predictable and reliable attendance
- Position Qualifications of the Production Operator :
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Preferred manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001
- Adhere to all company policies and rules
- Able to work in a team environment
- MUST be able to lift up to 50 pounds at time
- Driver's License
- Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
- Soldering
- High School / GED
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Basic Computer Skills
The Production Operator will work in a team production-based setting to assemble and produce products to meet customer requirements and expectations. The Production Operator is charged with assisting operations in the launch and assembly of new products.
A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
