Leading food manufacturing company seeks a Weekend Shift Production Supervisor to manage a team of 25-30 employees. This role is crucial in overseeing production lines, troubleshooting issues, and achieving safety and production goals.

Schedule:

Friday: 1:00a-1:30p

Saturday: 2:00a-2:30p

Sunday: 3:00a-3:30p

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience required; food manufacturing preferred
• 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Associate degree preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise and moving machinery

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production lines and resolve operational issues
• Develop and manage production team
• Enforce safety and GMP policies
• Plan production operations and review schedules
• Conduct inventory functions and equipment inspections
• Participate in production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on experience, starting around $70-$75,000/yr
