Quality Liaison - Elizabethtown, KY

- Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm (unless customer requires different / certain days, could be less than 40-hrs.)
Pay Rate : $22.00-$25.00 / hour (based / dependent upon proven work history)
Criminal background check & drug screen are required upon hire for positionOur customer is looking for a strong candidate who can represent their customers' facility. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, dress appropriately for the position, must be able to be a problem solver (root cause and solutions), etc. This candidate must have their own transportation and have great attendance. Must have some experience within the automotive industry. This person will need to be detail oriented, have a good eye for detail, and must be able to handle conflict to resolve issues that arise.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Quality Liaison :
This candidate will need to be able to read measurements, boundary books, work instructions, etc.Must be able to communicate with the customer with Live Time pictures and updates throughout the dayWill need to be able to handle small tools while performing rework for the customerCommunicate with the Quality Team, Upper Management, and Line Supervisors with any updates on the rework processRequired to perform inspections on multiple parts by going off the boundary bookMust go back and forth from the sort area to the line daily, providing rework parts for productionWill need to keep track of data daily in a matrix. This will be presented to the customer and their customer dailyKeep track of inventory, rejected parts, and good parts so that the customer can make sure to provide enough parts for the production lines, and to make sure the OEM doesn't shutdownWill use fixtures daily to determine to boundaries of these parts and if they meet the specifications for the OEMSafely and accurately perform all duties as required while in the plantWill assemble and disassemble parts daily from all structuresAble to work in a fast-paced atmosphereAddressing quality issues to the customer, so they can provide clean points, quality alerts, to make sure good parts are coming to the facilityRequired skills of the Quality Liaison :
Must have knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPointMechanically inclined to use small tools dailyAbility to read measurements / blueprintsAble to read work instructions, boundary books, etc. that are used on a daily basisRequirements of the Quality Liaison :
