Site Supervisor

SITE SUPERVISOR - Franklin, Ohio

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

POSITIONS START MONDAY, JANUARY 13TH!

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

• 1st Shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm up to seven days per week
• 2nd Shift - 3:00pm - 11:30pm up to seven days per week
• 3rd Shift - 11:00pm - 7:30am up to seven days per week

Job Description of the Shift Supervisor

:

Oversee all day-to-day operations of CER personnel and quality control operations. Manage a positive customer relation with all corporate employees. The ideal candidate selected for this position will:

• Previous automotive quality background
• Someone who has good computer knowledge - STRONG EXCEL SKILLS
• Someone who has good people skills
• Someone who has excellent customer service skills (communicating with upper management as well as supervisors on an assembly line)

Required skills needed of the Shift Supervisor

:

• High School Diploma/GED required, college coursework preferred
• Must have a minimum of ONE YEAR automotive quality supervisory experience
• Must be detailed oriented
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Must have a background in automotive quality inspection (minimum two-years)
• Must be able to lift 25lbs. repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to problem solve and work with fellow employees
• Must be willing to work overtime as required
