Responsibilities- Set up welding equipment for production runs, ensuring all tools are in optimal condition.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance welding skills and techniques.
- Proven experience in welding setups for production.
- Strong proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Welding certification is preferred but not required.
