**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and perform various clerical tasks to help optimize daily office operations.
**Duties:**
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Provide personal assistant support to executives
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents
- Maintain office filing systems both physical and computerized
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
