What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for large-scale commercial construction projects
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to create competitive and comprehensive bids
- Collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to optimize project pricing and timelines
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring high standards of quality and integrity in each project
- Assist with pre-construction planning, value engineering, and strategic project delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator with a focus on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of cost estimating software, construction materials, and industry best practices
