***This is a full-time, direct hire position, onsite in Birmingham, AL; cannot work C2C; sponsorship is not available. No 3rd party applicants, please***
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and evaluating data and revenue
- Receiving problems from VP's and figuring out solutions
- Controlling the company's pricing process
- Attending monthly meetings with presentations
- Around 2 hours a week spent in executive meetings
- Travelling around once a quarter for 2-3 days
- Liaising data and findings to the operations team or CFO 30-40% of their time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in a field such as Data Analyst, Data Specialist, Financial Analyst, or a related field.
- Experience with Excel is a MUST with a focus on manipulating large data sets within Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to interpret data, question the results, generate insights and construct solutions
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail to handle multiple priorities and plans concurrently
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
