The ideal candidate is a hands-on leasing professional for single & multi-family affordable housing , based in Metro Detroit . Highly motivated and responsible problem solver, with strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities :
Perform and / or assist in day-to-day residential leasing operations, including but not limited to :
- Take marketing pictures and l ist properties in the different advertising platforms
- Contact and follow up on leads interested in each property
- Coordinate and attend property showings
- Assist potential tenants in the application completion process
- Responsible for the tenant screening, background checks and selection process
- Sign leases and compile required documentation
- Coordinate move-ins directly with selected tenants and the property management team
- Section 8 tenant placement
- Assist with utilities management
