Position Description:
As an Expo at Another Broken Egg Café, you’re the critical link between the kitchen and the dining room. You’ll ensure each dish is plated correctly, garnished, and delivered to Guests in a timely manner. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure food is plated and garnished according to company standards.
- Verify that all dishes are complete and ready to be served.
- Maintain cleanliness in the expo area and communicate with both the kitchen and waitstaff.
Job Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
