Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize Revel POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales trends and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Serv Safe Certification
- Proven experience in food service management or hospitality, preferably in a quick service fast food restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Familiarity with Revel POS systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of kitchen preparation and service is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
