Caregiver

Another Day At Life Home Health Care And CDS is a Home Health Care Agency in Missouri, currently seeking 3-5 caregiver for our clients in Nevada, MO. This assignment is for a client needing 24-hour care. This assignment is anticipated to begin the next week. The Ideal candidates will have a passion for caring for the elderly. Another Day At Life Home Health Care and CDS is committed to improving the lives of seniors and disabled individuals. We send trained, thoroughly screened caregivers to the homes of our clients. Under general nurse supervision, our caregivers help with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and other activities that keep a home comfortable. Our caregivers also provide personal care such as medication reminders, monitoring vital signs, assistance with bathing & grooming, etc. By providing help that the elderly and those with disabilities need with activities of daily living, ANOTHER DAY AT LIFE HOME HEALTH CARE and CDS ensures health, safety, and comfort for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities and routines, including light housekeeping chores, bathing, grooming, mobility, and transfer services as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information. Provide medication reminders as directed by a nurse/care plan
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Run errands for the client

-Provide Respite Care

Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and systems effectively
- Valid driver's license/Proof of valid auto insurance

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 – 56 per week
