Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Facilities the Facilities Training Manager will:
Program Development & Delivery
- Collaborate with Facilities department leaders to identify training needs and priorities.
- Design and implement technical training for trade-specific and operational skills.
- Develop and deliver soft skills training in communication, supervision, and customer service.
Content Development
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and departmental training plans.
- Customize training content for diverse learning styles.
- Support the development of the Pathways Pre-Apprenticeship Program.
- Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure training programs align with University policies and industry regulations.
- Work with the EHS safety training team to maintain compliance for Facilities staff.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years' experience related to training and instructional design and/or facilities services
- OR a combination of post high school education and experience equal to 8 years.
