Another Source’s client, Sabey Corporation, is recruiting a SharePoint Administrator to join their team on-site Tukwila, WA.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position: $80,485- $120,728 based on experience. 

About the role: 

As the SharePoint Administrator, you will oversee the management of SharePoint Online and Office 365, aligning strategies with Sabey’s IT and data governance policies. You’ll play a critical role in fostering adoption through user training, automating workflows, and optimizing collaboration tools. 

What you will be doing:  

• Leading and supporting migration efforts from network file shares to SharePoint Online. 

• Organizing and managing site collections and hub site architecture, standardizing templates, layouts, and navigation for sites, pages, and document libraries. 

• Configuring and managing permissions, including inheritance and external sharing options, to balance accessibility with data protection for SharePoint and OneDrive. 

• Implementing and managing retention and sensitivity labels for data classification and protection. 

• Developing and managing global and custom site navigation, configuring audience targeting, and optimizing search settings (scopes, filters, and refiners). 

• Managing version history, metadata, and content types, including the terms store and document sets. 

• Designing and implementing workflows with Power Automate to streamline tasks, document approvals, and notifications. 

• Providing user training and maintaining support resources to promote SharePoint best practices and enhance user experience. 

• Assisting in the management of Office 365 and related applications. 

• Data Migration and Data Protection.  

Minimum Qualifications:  

• A Minimum of 2 years' experience managing SharePoint Online.  

• Experience Administering Office 365, Teams, and Exchange Online.  

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field is preferred. Equivalent relevant work experience may substitute for the degree requirement. 

• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting, PnP PowerShell, SharePoint Management Shell, and Microsoft Graph API.  

• Experience in Automation and Migration.  

• Experience with Office 365 security, compliance, and data loss prevention (DLP).  

• Familiarity with ShareGate, provisioning, and end-user app settings a plus. 

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or equivalent certifications in SharePoint administration, Office 365, or related technologies (preferred).
