The anticipated annual salary range for this position : $105,000 - $160,000K based on experience.
About the role :
As the Technology Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering technology solutions that include Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. This role bridges the gap between data center operational needs and technical capabilities, driving the successful implementation of innovative tools to enhance data center operational efficiency and innovation. You will play a critical role in ensuring these solutions are optimized to meet the specific demands and challenges of modern data center environments.
What you will be doing :
Project Management :
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, ensuring efficient utilization of project management methodologies.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communications documents to effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, balancing resource availability and project requirements.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths using industry best practices to ensure project milestones are met.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones to track project progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Implement change control processes to handle scope adjustments without compromising project timelines or budgets.
- Ensure all phases of the project lifecycle are executed according to best practices and quality standards.
