Our Scheduling Approach: Your preferences matter to us. We'll contact you with potential clients that align with your availability and preferences. You'll receive details about the client, the expected schedule, the pay rate, and the nature of care required. Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to reach clients' homes.
- Effective communication of schedule availability to our Client Care Coordinators.
- Minimum of one year caregiving experience (personal or professional).
- Strong attendance, punctuality, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities: As a caregiver, you will provide assistance with health maintenance and daily activities for clients in their homes, as identified. Tasks may include:
- Maintaining the home environment and assisting with household chores.
- Supporting external activities such as shopping and appointments.
- Offering companionship and engaging in stimulating interactions.
- Assisting with personal care activities and tasks from the service plan.
Personal Care Assistance: For some clients, you may also assist with:
- Positioning, transfers, ambulation, and exercise.
- Daily hygiene routines.
- Medication reminders and protective oversight.
- Observing and reporting changes to care coordinators.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $17-$20 per hour (Pay rate disclosed during coordination).
- Pay Frequency: Twice a month, on the 1st and 15th.
- Job Types: Part-time, Full-time (All employees are W2 employees).
- Part-time Salary: $17-$20 per hour.
Additional Perks:

- Flexible Shifts: 8-hour, 6- hour, 4 hour day, day shift, evening, weekday, and weekends as needed.
