Anova’s Behavior Analysis Services Division facilitates lasting and meaningful behavior change through evaluation, collaboration, intervention, and behavior and educational consultation in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout Northern California.
We currently have an opening for a Behavior Analyst, to provide comprehensive behavioral and educational services to public school students receiving a variety of full-inclusion supports.This position reports to the Director of Behavioral Services and is a full-time (exempt) position eligible for benefits.

As Behavior Analyst, you will:
1. Assess, design and supervise the implementation of intervention plans and skills training methodologies for clients in both public school and in home environments;
2. Provide classroom consultation and staff training as needed, ensuring a positive and reinforcing teaching environment and compliance with regulations and standards;
3. Minimum Requirements: Education Specialist teaching credential or Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with people with autism and related disabilities, as well as students with developmental delays and medical diagnoses.Ability to provide clear and complete documentation of work on a consistent and timely basis.Physical ability to work with students including physical or crisis management.MFT, LCSW, BCBA, or working toward BCBA preferred.

Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
