About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with strong user research capabilities to join our team. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and usability testing. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered experiences that align with business objectives.

As a senior member of the team, you will advocate for user needs, leverage data-driven insights, and contribute to the evolution of our design system while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

User Experience & User Interface Design

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for new features and product improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Work within and contribute to the design system to maintain consistency and scalability.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all designs by following WCAG and usability best practices.

User Research & Data-Driven Design

• Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to gain deep insights into user behaviors, pain points, and needs.
• Translate research findings into actionable design decisions that enhance the overall user experience.
• Partner with Product Managers and Data Analysts to incorporate metrics and feedback loops into the design process.
  

Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of design initiatives.
• Advocate for a user-centered approach and contribute to strategic discussions around product vision and roadmap.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
• Strong expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and translating findings into design decisions.
• Deep understanding of interaction design principles, UX heuristics, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create prototypes for user testing and stakeholder presentations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance user needs with business goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile teams.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products or complex data-heavy interfaces.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with engineers.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and UX metrics tracking.
