Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on healthcare systems and SQL. You will be working on an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) project that involves ETL processes and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with business users to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for the EDW project.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Use SQL to perform data analysis, write complex queries, and support data extraction and transformation processes.
- Support the design, development, and execution of ETL processes using SSIS to integrate data into the EDW.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity within the EDW to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues with ETL processes.
- Collaborate with Data Architects and ETL developers to optimize data pipelines and ensure efficient data integration.
- Participate in testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure business requirements are met.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to the system after deployment.
