Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Expert with expertise in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and Data Management to manage the healthcare claims data ingestion process into an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). This onsite role, based in Rocky Hill, will focus on overseeing the end-to-end process of extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) healthcare claims data into the EDW.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the full lifecycle of healthcare claims data, ensuring its successful extraction, transformation, and loading into the EDW.
Ensure proper processing of claims data elements, maintaining data integrity and compliance throughout the entire claims lifecycle, from submission to resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related errors, optimizing data workflows for efficiency.
Oversee seamless integration between EDI systems and the EDW to ensure smooth data flow.
Focus on improving the flow and accessibility of claims data within the EDW, supporting analytics and reporting needs.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Overall 8 years industry expereince with min 4 years Healthcare domain expereince.
Strong background in healthcare claims processing, EDI, and data management.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare claims data elements and best practices for processing.
Experience with ETL processes and ensuring data quality and integrity.
Ability to troubleshoot EDI errors and optimize data workflows effectively.
