Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Developer to design and implement predictive models for various healthcare use cases. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data science, machine learning algorithms, and healthcare analytics. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models that enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various healthcare use cases such as readmission predictor, patient outcomes predictor, disease classification, disease progression.
- Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality inputs for the model.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand domain-specific requirements and integrate them into the model.
- Evaluate and optimize model performance using appropriate metrics.
- Implement and maintain scalable solutions for real-time predictions.
- Document model development processes, findings, and recommendations.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to healthcare applications.
- Overall 8 years indsutry expereince with minimum 4 years in AI/ML
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Prior experience with large health plans, hospital systems, or healthcare IT vendors.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Proficiency with Python.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases to store and retrieve large volumes of healthcare data.
- Must have strong expereince with Python,SQL ,Healthcare and Payers.
- Proven hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
- Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare analytics and electronic health records (EHR).
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, ICD codes, and other healthcare-specific data formats
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) for analyzing clinical notes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
