Key Responsibilities :
- Travel Booking : Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for staff.
- Credit Card Reconciliation : Handle credit card transactions and perform reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Office Package Handling : Receive and manage delivery packages, including sorting and distributing as needed.
- Mailing Documents : Prepare, send, and track office documents and correspondence through various mailing services.
