Under the direction of the Commercial Lines Team Leader, the Commercial Lines Account Manager - CORE Team, will be responsible for providing support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing of Commercial Lines Select Accounts. This position could be located in any of our office locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide, with a positive attitude, a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing commercial accounts.
- Provide assistance to Producers in handling and processing new commercial lines business.
- Review renewal requests, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
- Prepare Auto ID Cards, Evidence of Property, Summary of Insurance, Certificates of Insurance and Binders
- Obtain renewal information requested by the company underwriter.
- Prepare pre-renewal packets and maintain underwriting and marketing information by carrier.
- Review company issued New and Renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, endorsement forms and coverages.
- Review all Accord applications for accuracy.
- Work with accounting to invoice all premium bearing Agency bill transactions.
- Handle telephone requests and written miscellaneous correspondence (ex. Bank Requests).
- Process cancellation requests.
- Keep up to date on insurance forms and coverage changes through bulletins and circulars.
- Process claims and follow ups as needed.
- Service commercial line select accounts in a manner to eliminate gaps in coverage, thus reducing our E&O exposures
- Provide prompt, accurate, courteous service to customers, producers and company personnel.
- Grow and develop talents and insurance knowledge in conjunction with The Ansay Way to the highest level possible.
- Complete necessary Accord Applications for account rounding and adding additional lines of business.
- Remarket existing business as needed based on market needs and customer requests.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (from an accredited university) in Business or related field
- Minimum of two years Commercial Lines experience
- Thorough understanding of commercial lines insurance and products
- Licensed per state requirements - or willing to obtain
- Have one insurance designation (i.e. CISR, CIC, CRM) - or be willing to obtain
- Self-starter, think outside the box, imaginative and creative with good communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail oriented and solid listening skills
- Team Player with a Can Do Attitude
