Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The Marketing Generalist supports Ansay & Associates’ brand strategy through content creation, project management, and coordination across digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing programs to promote the brand per direction from the Director of Brand Marketing.
- Maintain brand consistency across trademarks, logos, and publications.
- Support marketing plans aligned with brand strategy and agency wide strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors for branded items
- Manage inbound marketing programs for lead generation.
- Assist in web content updates on Ansay.com, and report on analytics to improve user experience.
- Manage targeted email campaigns and fulfill requests from the marketing inbox (e.g., POS sheets, ads).
- Develop and implement social media plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage sponsorship initiatives.
- Create presentations and corporate communications as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field with 1-3 years of experience in content and social media marketing.
- Strong writing, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Analytical, data-focused, and proficient in marketing and social media tools (e.g., Adobe CC, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Skilled in graphic design fundamentals and effective under tight deadlines.
