Real Estate Legal Assistant
We are looking for an entry-level Legal Assistant to support the growing real estate and title practice group. This is a full-time, on-site position in our Jacksonville, Florida, office.
About the Company: Ansbacher Law is a Florida law firm founded in 1995 with offices in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, Miami-Dade, and Lake Mary (Orlando Area). The real estate practice is led by managing shareholder and board-certified real estate lawyer Zach Roth.
About the Role: The primary focus will be to assist with onboarding real estate buyers and sellers hiring Ansbacher Law to assist with their purchase, sale or closing. This includes communication with clients by phone and email, uploading and managing documents and versions, ordering title abstracts, surveys, lien searches, and supporting the department with various administrative tasks. Additional duties may be assigned depending on the department's requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be available for in-person work at our Jacksonville office.
- Customer service: 1 years' experience.
- Microsoft Office: 1 years.
- Aptitude to learn new software.
- Have a high attention to detail.
- Be flexible and a team player.
Preferred Skills:
- AA or BA college degree
- Previous office experience.
