What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Division Order Analyst position at Anschutz Exploration Corporation?
Responsible for establishing and maintaining accurate division order records for Operated and Non-Operated properties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Calculate DOI for new wells
- Review Title Opinions
- Maintain Revenue Deck Set Ups and JIB Deck Set Ups
- Manage ownership transfers
- Communicate with royalty owner inquires in a professional manner
- Communicate with third party oil / gas marketing providers
- Assist in due diligence review of acquisitions
- Work within new Division Order process for new DOI’s
- Maintain goals as prescribed by management
Knowledge & Skills :
Experience and Education
Salary Range : $110,000 to $135,000 depending on experience
