Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Denver, CO
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill an exciting, unique, and highly rewarding opportunity as a Supply Chain Analyst in our Denver corporate office with a top performing Supply Chain team.
Major Responsibilities:
- Cost Data Analysis and Tracking:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to supply chain costs.
- Model category spend against budget and prepare detailed unit cost reports.
- Monitor cost trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into spending patterns.
- Category Analyst:
- Assist in developing category strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
- Generate and analyze spend data reports to support decision-making.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Pricebook Program Management:
- Manage the pricebook program, ensuring active pricebooks reflect current and accurate pricing.
- Conduct regular pricebook audits to identify discrepancies and non-compliance.
- Develop and implement processes for continuous pricebook improvement and alignment.
- Data Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track supply chain performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to enhance data reporting capabilities.
- Technology and Tools Utilization:
- Leverage advanced analytical tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems, to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Continuously improve data analysis processes through the adoption of new tools and techniques.
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, industrial engineering or equivalent field preferred but not required.
- 0-5 years’ experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to identify priorities, problems, and opportunities, and elicit cooperation for solutions positively and proactively.
- Flexible, dynamic, self-motivated, and proactive individual with the ability to motivate oneself and others.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to build and maintain respectful, positive, and effective relationships across all teams.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
