Job Duties
- Handle family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child support matters, with expertise and confidence.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop effective case strategies and present compelling arguments in court.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to achieve successful outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting family law, ensuring accurate and informed advice to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor (JD) degree necessary for bar admission.
- At least 3 years of experience in family law matters, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Discretion, empathy, and professionalism when handling sensitive client matters.
