Ansell is looking for a Specialist, Content & Program Coordinator to join our team!
You will play an integral role in developing and delivering sales education content, manage logistical needs for training programs, maintain and update learning calendars and systems, and liaise with channel sales and marketing to address customer training needs.
What your role will be?
- Support the building of sales training content as directed by the Sales Training Department Lead.
- Maintain and gatekeep a system of organizing Training assets for retrieval within team and the broader commercial organization.
- Develop meeting cadence with channel marketing to understand sales training needs and deliverables and support the development of training content as needed.
- Maintain an Education Department calendar of events and course offerings with visibility to the NA commercial organization.
- Serve as administrator for all utilized Learning Management System(s) while also supporting all internal and external facing LMS interface pages.
- Maintain records of training deliverables, feedback forms, while recommending adjustments as needed.
- Support sales training lead efforts with their cadence with PPM teams to ensure the accuracy and updating of all training materials, and to triage training needs.
- Coordinate with HR and Regional Sales Managers to initiate the sequencing of all phases of the NA Sales Onboarding.
- Manage new hire onboarding “SWAG Kits”.
- Secure meeting room space, while supporting meeting room set up / materials needed, transportation logistics, and food and beverage as needed.
- Delivered content should align with the department lead’s curriculum and vision as directed.
- Maintain a system to support the project management of content builds, and provide updates on a cadence of 1 : 1’s.
- Be empowered to provide recommendations to team.
- Deliver key education department metrics (course participants, course surveys, and course outcomes) on demand.
