Ansell is looking for an Associate Engineer to join our team in Alpharetta, GA!

In this position you will play a vital role in supporting R&D lab operations by conducting product tests, maintaining equipment, developing test methods, and ensuring accurate, reliable testing for customer demonstrations.

What your role will be?

Laboratory Operations:

• Perform physical and application tests on safety products per protocols and standards.
• Log, label, prepare, and test samples as assigned by the Lab Manager.
• Report test results per lab work instructions and international standards.
• Monitor consumables to ensure uninterrupted testing.
• Conduct tests per ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment and instrumentation.
• Ensure proper calibration and compliance of lab equipment.

Test Method Development & Execution:

• Collaborate on test method development to replicate customer applications.
• Prepare samples, fixtures, and setups for testing and demonstrations.
• Record and analyze test data for accuracy and consistency.

Customer & Training Demonstration Support:

• Assist in developing and executing product demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot and refine demonstration kits and test setups.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate test records and equipment logs.
• Prepare detailed reports for the R&D team and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and propose testing process improvements.
• Report observations and suggest enhancements to the Lab Supervisor.
• Stay updated on best practices in lab testing and safety.

What will you bring to Ansell?

• Associate’s degree or certification in a technical field or commensurate education and experience working in a lab or quality assurance environment.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, testing instruments, and data collection tools.
• Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in a laboratory environment.
• Must have the ability to maintain a clean and organized lab environment, including the maintaining of the lab's compliance to follow any required safety and quality regulations.
