Position Overview :
Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) is seeking an Executive Assistant / Security Analyst to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Assistant Secretary of Defense for Mission Capabilities (ASD(MC)). In this role you will provide administrative, and security analysis work.
Day to day responsibilities :
- Provide support for scheduling, calendar maintenance, word processing and records management.
- Provide support for security in-processing and out-processing, security escort duties and workload prioritization.
- Assist with communication documents and routings as needed.
- Manage and tracking of internal office “tickler” system.
- Sending and receiving personnel security clearance information to support classified meetings.
This position is on-site at the Suffolk Building in Fall Church, VA.
Required Qualifications :
Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS / SCI) clearance.
Will consider an additional 3 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree and a high school diploma.
