Summary :
The Purchasing Agent is responsible for assisting with purchasing, pulls requisitions, delivers orders to various outlets, puts up stock, and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of storage facilities. They also provide some administrative support the Culinary department.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Work as directed to support the mission and values of Ansley Golf Club.
- Assists in purchasing all goods and supplies
- Assist in receiving and stocking all purchases
- Responsible for pulling requisitions and delivering them to appropriate outlets
- Works with purchasing director to maintain order and cleanliness of storage facilities.
- Develop knowledge of food and other products to recognize correct quality and specifications of received goods
- Act as a liaison between department heads and vendors.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
