Essential Functions
Education and Experience
A four-year degree and six months of experience in eligibility, investigative, judiciary, or legal work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Interview clients to explain the child support program and obtain information about absent parents and paternity.
- Determine the need for action and develop strategies for locating absent parents.
- Establish paternity and/or support obligations through voluntary means or the court system.
